I am a sincere and hard-working individual with a trial-and-error attitude. I firmly think that experimentation and failures are the most excellent teachers.
I also strongly believe in learning outside of textbooks, which I have tried to achieve through various co-curricular activities and by learning new languages. |
EducationI completed my Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore.
I graduated from NTU with a final CGPA of 4.51/5.00 with Honors (Highest Distinction) which is the highest category of NTU's degree classification. I also achieved an A+ grade for my Final Year Project.
Participating and leading many projects through the 4 years of university served as essential learning experiences that helped crystallize many of the concepts taught in class. I am proud to say that I have completed 12 course projects through the course of my degree.
Internship experiences at various companies through the course of my degree have also been enriching in terms of what to expect after graduation and the kind of work I might do once I join the workforce. The internships I did were both related to computer vision, which is my primary area of interest. More information is available in my blogs. | I completed my schooling from Bishop Cotton Girls School (BCGS), Bangalore, India. It is one of the most prestigious schools in the city with a history of over 150 years. I studied at BCGS from kindergarten through 12th grade while maintaining a good academic standing for all 14 years.
I achieved 95% for the 10th grade ICSE Board Exams and 97% for the 12th grade ISC Board Exams. I was also a part of the school student council during 12th grade and contributed to the planning and execution of various school events such as Sports Day and Science Day.
I have recieved awards for excellent academic performance for most of my years at school. I also recieved a letter of recommendation from my 12th grade mathematics teacher who was very impressed with my performance in the classes through the year. |
